Executive Assistant & Personal Driver to the President
(Bilingual – English & Chinese, International Travel Required)

Location: Crowne Plaza Toronto North York, Ontario, Canada
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: President, Crowne Plaza Toronto North York Hotel Toronto
Travel Requirement: occasional travel to China
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese

Position Overview:

Crowne Plaza Toronto is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and bilingual Executive Assistant & Personal Driver to support the President of the hotel. This dynamic role combines high-level executive support with personal driving duties and requires a flexible, travel-ready candidate fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable navigating both corporate settings and international travel, especially to China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the personal driver to the President, ensuring safe, punctual, and discreet transportation.
  • Provide executive assistant support, including managing schedules, booking travel, and coordinating appointments.
  • Accompany the President on international business trips, with a focus on travel to China.
  • Act as an interpreter/translator during meetings and communications between English and Chinese.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, servicing, and upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
  • Run errands and provide personal assistance as needed, both professionally and personally.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant and/or professional driver for senior executives.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Able and willing to travel internationally, particularly to China, sometimes on short notice.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and reliability.
  • Strong understanding of business etiquette, especially in Chinese cultural contexts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting a hotel executive or in a hospitality environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of local and international road regulations.
  • Familiarity with Toronto roadways and major destinations.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments or luxury service roles.
