If you enjoy starting work early and finishing early afternoon this is the job for you…..

Great tasting beer means that your favorite bar is cleaning the beer lines regularly. As a Draft Technician, you'll be learning the trade of maintaining draft equipment in bars, restaurants, and offices. On a daily basis, you'll encounter customers that come from a variety of different backgrounds and working on a variety of different systems. Problem solving, teamwork, time management, a positive attitude, and effective communication are qualities that describe who you are.

Please Note: This position starts at $25 / hour. We strive to encourage our staff to grow through our Tiered Wage System based off of skills and knowledge learned on the job.

What will you do?

  • Job shadow for the first 4 weeks to learn how to become a service technician.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on a range of draft beer systems.
  • Check and maintain cooling decks, inspect motor and pump conditions, and thermostat operations.
  • Organize repairs when needed, keeping clear records of the work completed.
  • Perform regular maintenance and emergency calls.
  • Look for and fix leaks on a variety of systems.

The ideal candidate will be :

  • Someone who thrives on delighting customers with high-quality service work.
  • Have a strong commitment to the safety of both yourself and our customers.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lb. without assistance.
  • Mechanically minded and someone who loves solving a puzzle.
  • Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
  • No experience is necessary, on job training will be provided.
