We are a wholesale distributor of premium professional haircare & esthetics brands, known for delivering exceptional customer service and education to beauty industry professionals.

We have positions available at multiple locations - Nanaimo, Victoria, Abbotsford, Langley, Kamloops.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your passion for beauty products and attention to detail will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Assist customers with product knowledge
  • Store Operations: Open and close the store, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Receive product, maintain inventory levels, and ensure the store is well-stocked.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about new products and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers.
  • Invoicing & Administrative Tasks: Prepare invoices, process transactions, and ensure that all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and looking beautiful.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing Personality: Comfortable engaging with customers and building long-term relationships.
  • Interest in Beauty: A keen passion for the beauty and haircare industry, with a strong desire to learn.
  • Organization & Detail-Oriented: Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick Learner: Willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.
  • Computer Skills: Confidence with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends as well as Mon -Fri, 830am-5pm
