Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated BOH (Back of House) Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team on all four locations around Calgary.

We are hiring all positions from sushi chef to linecook,food prep and dishwashers.

This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, food safety, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the food industry and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and standards
  • Support cooking processes, including grilling, sautéing, and plating dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
  • Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating stock items
  • Ensure all food served meets quality standards and presentation expectations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

This role is vital in supporting the front-of-house team by ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly. We value team players who are eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
