Job Summary
We are a growing foreign exchange and money services business (MSB) based in Toronto, specializing in currency exchange and international money transfers. We are seeking a Mandarin and/or Cantonese-speaking Financial Sales Representative to join our team and support our Chinese-speaking client base.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to facilitate foreign exchange transactions and international transfers, while building strong relationships and growing our presence within the Chinese community. The ideal candidate has experience in financial services, foreign exchange, or remittance, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with foreign exchange transactions and international money transfers
  • Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients to understand their needs
  • Provide competitive rates and solutions based on client requirements
  • Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume and grow the client base
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies
  • Collect and verify required client information (KYC) and documentation
  • Stay informed on exchange rates, market trends, and industry updates
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales and performance targets

Skills

  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required)
  • Previous experience in financial services, foreign exchange, remittance, or banking (preferred)
  • Strong sales and client relationship skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of compliance requirements (KYC/AML) is an asset
