Small Victory Bakery is seeking a dedicated Morning Baker to join our passionate team. This role is perfect for someone who loves baking and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, and specialty items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Decorate cakes and baked goods with attention to detail and creativity
  • Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure all baked items meet food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Package baked goods for display and sale while maintaining presentation standards
