Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Production Baker. This role involves working in a large production kitchen focusing on Cake Decorating and cupcakes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production kitchen . working with batters and buttercreams, baking in large ovens. Must have food safety qualifications and ability to make high-quality products to specs .

Duties

  • Prepare and decorate cupcakes, cookie cakes and cakes Mon to Fri from 7am to 3pm
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, assembling, and packaging products for sale or delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, following food safety protocols at all times
  • Handle food products safely, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures are followed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bakery production operations
  • Proficient and creative in decorating
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices is essential
  • Strong skills in food preparation, baking
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
