You have some experience participating in collaborative environments, where you've presented ideas to both business and technical audiences. While you may be at the start of your career, your education has given you an understanding of business rules, data models, and processes. You are familiar with the basics of business process modeling and have likely encountered workshops or Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions during your studies. A degree in business has equipped you with a foundational knowledge that supports your transition into this exciting new role.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Act as a supportive liaison between information technology teams and business teams.
Assist in identifying, validating, and prioritizing clients' business needs and requirements.
Participate in requirements workshops to understand business processes and requirements.
Contribute to documenting current business processes, business flows, rules and artifacts.
Support the review and analysis of existing application effectiveness and efficiency.
Assist in developing strategies for improving systems and demonstrating new integrations.
Ensure new software integration meets functional requirements and system specifications.
Create and implement through test strategies and plans
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to develop clear, structured documentation, lead stakeholder workshops, and present findings and recommendations across business and technical audiences Experience documenting business rules, data models, business cases and business case summaries. Experience with business process re-engineering and business process modeling. Experience facilitating workshops and JAD sessions. Post-secondary education in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience

Pay Range Disclaimer
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,000 - $80,000.
