Full job description

An active Property Management company is looking for an experienced individual who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term performance of residential/commercial condominium properties. This role ensures efficient property management, high services standards, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance while supporting property managers, boards of directors, and residents.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee operations across multiple residential / commercial condominium properties

· Develop and implement standardized policies, procedures, and best practices

· Monitor service delivery to ensure consistent, high- quality standards

· Support and guide Property Managers in resolving complex issues

· Review and approve annual budgets, reserve fund plans, and financial reports

· Monitor operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

· Ensure proper financial controls and reporting practices are in place

· Act as a senior liaison to condominium boards of directors

· Attend board meetings as required to provide operational insights

· Ensure compliance with applicable legislation

· Oversee risk management strategies and insurance requirements

· Manage legal, regulatory, and governance issues in coordination with legal counsel

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property managers and support staff

· Participate in performance reviews and implement training programs

· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

· Negotiate contracts (maintenance, security, etc.) and manage relationships

· Ensure service providers meet contractual obligations and performance standards

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field (preferred)

· Property Manager licence in good standing

· 8-15+ years of experience in property management or real estate operations

· 3-5+ years in a senior leadership role

· Strong financial acumen and experience making budgets

· Proven leadership and team management skills

· Communication and Negotiation skills

· Proficient using Microsoft Office and Property Management software

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
