Job Summary
We are looking for a creative Sales & Marketing Graphic Designer to build compelling visual materials that engage target audiences and boost revenue to join our marketing team and work with our new home sales representatives to design high-impact digital and print assets that align with our brand identity. The role requires strong attention to details and strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Collateral: Design and update brochures, price sheets and bi-annual catalogues.
  • Digital Marketing: Produce eye-catching graphics for social media ads, email campaigns, web banners and landing pages.
  • Print & Events: Create layouts for signage, etc..
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual solutions adhere strictly to established brand guidelines across every customer touchpoint.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Visit our show homes and available lots in various communities to ensure our presentation is exceptional.

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a real estate environment (ideally new home sales)
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
