Happy Dad Canada is looking for a driven, high-performance sales professional to take full ownership of our Toronto retail territory and accelerate growth. This role is built for someone who thrives in competitive environments, takes initiative without being asked, and consistently delivers results.

Responsibilities:

● Own, build, and manage customer relationships to support the growth of the Happy Dad Hard Seltzer portfolio.

● Develop a territory sales plan and strategy for retail accounts ( LCBO)

● Assist in building effective routes and customer call tracking.

● Achieve sales targets for assigned territories.

● Ensure consistent product placement, visibility, availability, and quality.

● Track all in-field activities through CRM tools and report on KPIs.

● Execute and measure distribution, visibility, and promotions.

● Support customers with inventory and orders for effective stock management.

● Build strategic customer plans for sustained growth.

● Leverage data to support selling stories in customer accounts.

● Be a category expert to build and develop customer relationships.

● Keep all accounts engaged and support growing case orders.

Role Requirements:

  • 2 years of previous sales experience in consumer goods is required.
  • Experience in alcoholic beverages is considered a strong asset.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Smart Serve required.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for events and activations.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
