Appliance Repair Technician (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) | Training Provided | Commission-Based

We are actively looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Appliance Technicians. No prior experience is required—we provide training to set you up for long-term success in this career.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable personal vehicle as this is a field position.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn.
  • Sales experience or customer service background is preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • No prior certification required—just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Role Overview:

As an Appliance Repair Tech, you will:

  • Work in a performance-based role with unlimited earning potential.
  • Diagnose, repair, and install household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens).
