The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for the ongoing preventative and routine maintenance and scheduled replacement of the car wash equipment and facility components. The candidate will need to possess intermediate plumbing, electrical, hydraulics and welding skills, with a working ability in all areas.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to become well-versed in the functional operation of the wash and meet the following requirements:

  • Perform all service and routine maintenance on operating system components in compliance with all Mint procedures, policies, and guidelines
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues occurring with mechanical systems
  • Create accurate part lists/requests
  • Report and maintain accurate Maintenance Logs in accordance with Mint standards using our operations computer software
  • Keep detailed records of routine Mint maintenance inspections
  • Ability to work with heavy loads
  • Have strong user knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pump systems
  • Excellence in safety leadership and continuing involvement with safety meetings and policies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work during off hours to prevent operation disruption

Requirements to be considered for hire:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Availability to work between the hours of 6am and 8pm and other hours as needed
  • Technical certificate or college degree (preferred)
