What You’ll Do

Your focus will be simple:

• · Improve guest experience
• · Create regulars

• · Manage labour, scheduling, and deployment
• · Improve service flow and ticket times
• · Control food, beverage, and operating costs
• · Hire, train, coach, and hold people accountable

You will have support, but you will also be trusted to lead.

The business needs someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.

You should bring:

• · Comfort with sales, labour, scheduling, and cost controls

Compensation and Incentives

This role may include:

• · Competitive salary, expected in the $55,000–$68,000 range depending on experience
