- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
- The chance to work closely with local farmers and contribute to a sustainable future.
- Comprehensive training on our products, our mission, and effective canvassing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in canvassing and team leadership, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both team members and the public.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for local food movements, sustainability, and community engagement.
- Access to reliable transportation, as this role involves travel within the community.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required to meet campaign objectives.
