EWC Montgomery Wellness & Aesthetics is entering a new chapter under new ownership. We’re building on an established neighbourhood wellness practice and expanding our focus to advanced wellness, healthy aging and advanced aesthetics.

With 150 current members and a client base of approximately 1,800, we have an established community to introduce to our growing range of services.

We’re seeking a naturopathic doctor who wants to help shape this next chapter through personalized consultations, IV therapy and appropriate supplement recommendations. This opportunity combines in-clinic care with virtual appointments and the odd time in clinic and direct collaboration with our RN injector and wider practitioner team.

Your opportunity

• Provide naturopathic consultations and follow-up appointments online and in person, as clinically appropriate.
• Assess patients’ health histories, medications, supplements and goals to develop individualized care plans.
• Assess suitability for IV therapy and provide treatments within your authorized scope, training and competence.
• Recommend and provide supplements where appropriate, explaining their purpose, supporting evidence, potential interactions and follow-up requirements.
• Work directly with our RN injector to coordinate patient care, discuss appropriate referrals and support treatment planning, with each practitioner working within their own professional scope and clinical responsibilities.
• Help develop our naturopathic services, supplement offering and patient-education resources.
• Contribute to IV service readiness, including treatment protocols, informed consent, patient monitoring, emergency procedures and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, patient confidentiality and independent clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with our wellness and aesthetics practitioners to support continuity of care.

• Compensation structure and terms discussed during the interview and confirmed in your individual contractor agreement.

What you bring

• Current registration in good standing and a valid practice permit with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta.
• Demonstrated IV therapy experience and the authorizations required for the treatments you propose to provide.
• Experience assessing supplement suitability, contraindications and medication interactions.
• Confidence conducting virtual consultations and recognizing when an in-person assessment or referral is needed.
• Emergency-response training appropriate to your clinical services.
• Strong communication and a commitment to evidence-informed care and realistic expectations.
• Willingness to work directly with our RN injector and collaborate with other practitioners.
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing the business responsibilities of your own practice.
• Able to maintain the credentials, professional liability insurance and any licences or authorizations required for the services you provide, including IV therapy and virtual care.
• An established patient base or professional referral network is an asset, particularly if you are looking to grow your practice at EWC.
