Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a dependable Aesthetician/ Beauty Technician to join our clinic on an on-call, per-service basis.

This role is ideal for someone with another part-time commitment, a flexible schedule, or someone looking to earn supplemental income without having to source their own clients or purchase expensive equipment.

We provide the treatment room, professional equipment, consumables, and booked clients. You simply step in, deliver an exceptional service, ensure room turnover, and get paid a flat rate per treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of aesthetic services mainly the facials and body care services.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services by listening attentively to client needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all treatment areas following health regulations
  • Assist guests with product demos and upselling to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
  • Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling retail sales transactions
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing wellness.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in skincare, body care or related beauty services preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse guests
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment
  • Ability to handle retail sales confidently through upselling techniques and product recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products clearly
  • Previous experience at the front desk or in hospitality settings is a plus
  • Passion for beauty trends, wellness, and delivering memorable guest experiences
