Office & Finance Administrator

Location: Revolution – New Westminster, BC
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office

About the Role

Revolution is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Finance Administrator to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our New Westminster office. This is a full-time, in-office position that plays a key role in keeping our business running efficiently through accurate financial administration and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and administer employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate company records.
  • Prepare customer invoices and manage billing processes.
  • Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable, including collections and payment tracking.
  • Input invoices and Process Accounts Payable, ensuring invoices are paid accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Maintain financial records and assist with month-end reporting.
  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
  • Support management with administrative and financial reporting as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of office administration and accounting experience.
  • Experience processing payroll.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and billing procedures.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Sage experience is an asset).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
