Join Our Team

Amca is a leading Canadian sales and marketing agency representing nationally recognized food and beverage brands. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects moving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. You'll work closely with our sales team, principals and retail partners to ensure promotions, pricing, and sales programs are executed seamlessly.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll provide critical administrative support that helps our sales team and clients succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the flow of pricing contracts and promotional submissions for national grocery retailers.
  • Coordinating documentation to ensure promotions are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Monitoring trade spend against budgets, identifying discrepancies, and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Tracking multiple projects, deadlines, and customer requirements simultaneously.
  • Maintaining organized records, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for internal teams and manufacturer partners.
  • Communicating with internal departments, customers, and supplier partners to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiencies.
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales and management teams as required.

  • Are comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and large amounts of data.

  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Are adaptable and enjoy learning new systems and processes.
  • Bring a positive attitude and enjoy contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Advanced computer skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience working in an administrative, sales support, or office coordination role is preferred but not required..
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
