Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Restaurant Operations Supervisor to support daily service and help maintain high standards across food, service, and team coordination.

This is a development-focused role for someone who wants to grow into operational management and become highly proficient in running shifts, leading teams, and maintaining smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting shift execution and ensuring consistent service quality. You’ll work closely with management and gradually take on more responsibility for leading shifts, coordinating staff, and solving operational issues in real time.

This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and interested in developing strong leadership and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee day-to-day shift operations (open, mid, close)
  • Lead by example in service speed, quality, and consistency
  • Coordinate communication between kitchen, prep, and service teams
  • Support and guide team members during shifts
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
  • Help manage service flow during busy periods
  • Identify and resolve operational issues where possible
  • Support training of new team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or fast-paced environments preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership potential
  • Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
  • Reliable, consistent, and professional work ethic
  • Willingness to learn operational systems and shift management

Availability Requirements

  • Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts is essential

Compensation

  • $23–$24 per hour depending on experience
