Great co workers - Management is terrible!

The co workers are great, the management leaders are terrible. Expect you to train online with modules in 9 hours when it takes 35 hours, they expect you to be available on call or next day shifts- Say bye to personal life I guess? - They have other team members train vs store leaders, they are SLOW...Show more

Positive friendly environment to work in.

Show up on time, clock in, be dressed properly, drink coffee while talking about the morning stock. Putting out all the morning stock, wiping off any rat feces or urine from the products, keeping busy when managers are watching especially. Avoid workplace drama and politics.
