Job Description

Provide a high-end dining experience to a business clientele in private lounges, always ensuring discretion and confidentiality.

Position: Server

Location: National Bank Executive Lounge (800 St-Jacques Street, Montreal, QC H3C 1A3)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime shifts with occasional evening shifts based on events.

Salary: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

START DATE: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Set up tables according to established standards.
• Adjust room layouts based on reservations and operational requirements.
• Take orders efficiently and courteously.
• Recommend wines and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure food service from the kitchen to the dining room.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guests' needs.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and provide a superior guest experience.
• Demonstrate versatility and support daily operational needs as required.

Qualifications

• 
  1 to 2 years of experience as a server.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent team player.
• Strong ability to manage stress and remain effective during busy periods.
• Well organized and able to multitask efficiently.
• Flexible with excellent adaptability skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
