We are seeking new team members for our steel and aluminum fabrication division. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a positive work environment. Our shop operates on a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.

Compensation

• $36-$44 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do:

• Weld structural steel and aluminum
• Cut, fit, assemble and weld components from detailed fabrication drawings
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
• Assemble components and perform layout work based on verbal and written instructions
• Ensure work meets industry and company quality standards
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines
• Follow all safety standards

What You Bring:

• Red Seal certification in either welding or fabrication (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with aluminum and steel welding
• TIG welding experience considered an asset
• CWB certifications are considered an asset
• Forklift and First-Aid tickets considered an asset
• Blueprint reading and layout skills
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Team oriented attitude with a safety first mindset
• A proactive approach to problem solving and quality craftsmanship
