Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Greenhouse Workers to join our client's team. This role involves hands-on work in a greenhouse environment, where you will be responsible for working the assembly line packaging the product and other general labour duties as required.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Control and Packaging of cannabis products.
  • Utilize hand tools and equipment for various gardening tasks, including pruning and transplanting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse environment.
  • Perform lifting as required for moving plants, soil, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality plant care.
  • Must drive as not on a bus route.
  • Must complete at CRC check prior to starting.
  • Must have CSA steel toe footwear.

Skills

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to manual labor environments
  • Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or warehouse settings is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed
