The Gear Centre Group is looking for a motivated Parts Person to join our Edmonton team. We are a leading provider of powertrain parts and service for the automotive, heavy truck, and off-highway equipment industries.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and learning technical products in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You Will Do

  • Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email
  • Identify parts using electronic and printed catalogues
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, repair estimates, and parts orders
  • Source parts from internal and external suppliers
  • Pick, pack, ship, and receive parts and components
  • Support inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
  • Help customers find the right solution

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of parts, counter sales, retail, warehouse, or customer service experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude or interest in automotive/heavy-duty parts
  • Good computer skills
