Full job description

Are you a people person with a friendly and outgoing personality? Do you have experience providing advice and solutions for customers? Is providing exceptional service important to you?

Prosperity Insurance currently has a permanent part-time Insurance Broker position available within our Elbow location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, solutions, and top-notch service to clients.

The Insurance Broker will have a genuine desire to serve clients in an effective and efficient manner, resulting in strong business relationships.

Key Competencies:

  • Provide friendly, first point of contact service to clients, both in-person and over-the-phone
  • Process SGI Motor License Issuing transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions and strategies
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also as part of an effective team
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude while displaying a high level of professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem solving, and numeric reasonability skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to relate, compare, and analyze data
  • Provide administrative support as required

Key Qualifications:

  • General Level 1 Insurance License
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Strong computer abilities, specifically Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven customer service experience

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education.
