Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across the city for construction site, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with traders, and ensuring project objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving successful project execution while maintaining high standards of quality and risk management.

Duties

• Lead end-to-end project planning, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and resource allocation using tools like Microsoft 365.
• Develop detailed project plans utilizing methodologies such as Agile, and Program Management frameworks; adapt strategies based on project needs.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables through effective scheduling and time management practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project goals; facilitate presentations and status updates using Visio and SharePoint.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Implement change management processes to handle scope adjustments efficiently while minimizing risks.
• Monitor project progress; identify potential issues early through risk management techniques.
• Lead cross-functional teams in project development, or organizational initiatives by providing leadership and organizational guidance.
• Ensure quality management standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle; utilize SAS and data analysis skills for data collection and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with a strong background in project planning and execution.
• Demonstrated supervising experience with team management capabilities across diverse teams.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, and program management frameworks.
• Strong traders management skills coupled with negotiation expertise to foster productive partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Organizational skills with a focus on requirements gathering, requirements management, scope control, and quality assurance.
• Data analysis skills for effective data collection and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Leadership qualities combined with strategic thinking to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on objectives. Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
