Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Utilize strong phone etiquette to follow up with potential clients and support ongoing sales efforts
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance

Skills

• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (especially in English & Punjabi) to serve diverse customer bases
• Experience in technology sales, retail sales, or merchandising preferred
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, cash handling, and POS operations
• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to increase sales volume
• Technical sales experience is a plus, especially involving product demonstrations of complex or technical items
