Part-Time Handyman – Property Management

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced handyman to join our property management team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential units
  • Handle basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and plaster work
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in general maintenance and repairs
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and plastering
  • Must have your own tools and a reliable vehicle - van or truck
  • Ability to work independently
