About Us:

At Garden City Cannabis Co., we’re passionate about curating a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional cannabis retail experience. We pride ourselves on community connection, cannabis education, and exceptional customer service. We’re now looking for a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver & Budtender to join our team in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Driver:

  • Safely deliver cannabis orders to customers following all AGCO and CannSell guidelines.
  • Verify customer ID and match the last 4 digits of the card used to place the order upon delivery.
  • Ensure undeliverable orders are returned to the appropriate store immediately after the delivery attempt.
  • Maintain open communication with the store — call ahead if running late or if any issues arise during delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service — every drop should reflect the Garden City Cannabis Co. experience.
  • Wear Garden City Cannabis Co. gear or licensed producer (LP) gear as provided – professional appearance is mandatory.

Vehicle Care & Compliance

  • Complete a walk-around inspection of the delivery vehicle before and after every shift with the store manager.
  • Follow all rules of the road and drive with care — you are representing the company.
  • Plug in the vehicle whenever it is not in use.
  • Report any issues or damage with the delivery vehicle immediately to (Owner & GM).
  • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle at all times.

In-Store Support (When Not Driving)

  • Assist in-store at 623 Niagara Street when not on delivery.
  • Duties include door greeting, checking IDs, and general cleaning/maintenance of the store.
  • Support the store team as needed to maintain a smooth operation and positive customer experience.
  • Plug in the car for charging

As a Budtender:

  • Greet and assist customers in-store with product knowledge and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and compliant retail environment
  • Operate the POS system for transactions and inventory tracking
  • Stay up to date on cannabis products, accessories, and compliance regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
