Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Manage payroll, budgeting, pricing strategies, and purchasing decisions to meet financial goals.
• Oversee merchandising efforts to optimize product displays and ensure the store’s visual appeal aligns with brand standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with effective communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting accurately.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional activities.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to foster teamwork, provide training & development opportunities, and communicate company policies.
• Monitor store compliance with safety regulations and maintain organized records of all administrative activities including bookkeeping.
• Use organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in retail or store management with strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
• Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management.
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for bookkeeping purposes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff members.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting, marketing tactics, and administrative tasks related to retail operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate teams through effective supervision and leadership while maintaining high standards of store presentation and performance.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
