Hiring Personal Support Worker (PSW).!!

Duties

  • Work in homecare environment
  • Assist client with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support mobility needs by helping client transfer, ambulate, and use mobility aids safely.
  • Provide meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensure dietary requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Provide companionship and promote a safe, supportive environment for clients.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, bed-making, and maintaining a clean living space.

Qualifications

  • PSW certificate
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Immunization records
  • Valid work permit (if required)
  • Canadian work experience in long-term care or home care.
