Full job description
Experienced Dental Receptionist with 5+ years of experience in fast-paced dental
practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, patient-
focused approach. Fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling effective
communication with a diverse patient population.
Proficient in Tracker dental practice management software, including appointment
scheduling, patient registration, insurance processing, billing, treatment coordination,
and maintaining accurate patient records. Skilled at managing busy front desks,
coordinating multiple providers' schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service
while ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Qualifications:
● 5+ years of dental reception experience
● Fluent in English and Spanish
● Experience with Tracker dental software
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Appointment scheduling and patient coordination
● Insurance verification and claims processing
● Billing and payment collection
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
● Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
