Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to keep all areas tidy and sanitary
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by disinfecting surfaces, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met
• Use commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and scrubbers efficiently and safely
• Restock cleaning supplies and materials to ensure availability for ongoing cleaning needs
• Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or required

Experience

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads as needed

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
