We are looking for a .....

  • Mature individual with 8080 Signature Engraver - experience an asset
  • Able to work alone if required
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on customer service.
  • climb a ladder
  • lift over 25lbs

Required Skills:

  • Experience with 8080 Signature Engraver an asset
  • Maintaining and cleaning engraving machine
  • training other staff members on proper use of machine
  • Communicating with customers to understand their engraving requests
  • Basic understanding of sales principals and customer service operations.
  • Customer service focused
  • Ability to create and merchandise displays is an asset
