Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting landscape maintenance, lawn care, and hardscape projects. Your enthusiasm and hands-on skills will help us deliver top-quality outdoor spaces that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform landscaping duties efficiently.
• Support the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Perform lawn care activities like aeration, fertilization, edging, and seasonal cleanup.
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting components to ensure proper watering.
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth.
• Help with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.

Experience

• Basic mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.
• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators is a plus.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Prior experience in construction or hardscape installation is beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
