What You'll Do

As a member of our Packaging Department, you will be responsible for preparing elevator components for shipment while ensuring every order meets our high quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Packaging elevator components for safe shipment
• Applying stainless steel cladding ("skinning") to elevator doors
• Assembling elevator products and components
• Reading work orders and following assembly instructions
• Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Using hand tools safely and effectively
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assisting with other production and packaging duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable using a variety of hand tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32"
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50- 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or construction experience is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
