Construction Labourer

We are currently hiring an experienced Skilled Construction Labourer to join our growing team in Wasaga Beach. This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable and hardworking individual with a strong construction background and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labour duties on residential and commercial job sites.
• Safely operate and use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
• Bring and maintain your own hand tools required for the job.
• Change and replace batteries in cordless power tools and ensure tools are in good working condition.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of construction labour experience.
• Must own a complete set of hand tools.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 70 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Reference checks will be conducted prior to employment.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Morning Shift
• Monday to Friday (occasional overtime or weekends may be required based on project needs)
