CNC Machinist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various materials. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Duties

• Operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment to produce high-quality components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to determine machining specifications.
• Set up and adjust machine tools for optimal performance.
• Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
• Assemble finished products as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Fabricate components from raw materials while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with milling machines and CNC programming is essential.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• FUSION 360CAM is must
