Full job description

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Must be registered with the CMRITO (proof of CMRITO registration must be submitted to the Charge Technologists yearly)
  • Must have competent knowledge in Adult Echocardiography
  • Maintains continuing education yearly as required by the CMRITO

SKILLS/ ABILITIES EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to prioritize work in a professional and confidential manner
  • Strong customer service and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively liaise with physicians, health care providers, and staff at SJGHEL to ensure optimal patient flow
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ASSETS)

  • Bilingual
  • Experienced in Stress and Contrast Echocardiography
  • Registration in other specialties within the CMRITO
  • Working knowledge of P.A.C.S. and Meditech software applications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $37.58-$52.81 per hour
