主要職責 | Key Responsibilities

• 以廣東話、普通話及英語透過電話、電郵、WeChat、WhatsApp 及面對面方式與客戶溝通Communicate with clients in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English via phone, email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and in person
• 不帶團期間，須於辦公室（多倫多/GTA）出勤，專注於客戶諮詢、銷售跟進與行政工作During non-tour periods, the candidate is expected to work on-site in the office, focusing on client consultations, sales follow-ups, and administrative tasks
• 了解客戶的旅遊需求，並推薦合適的團體旅遊或客製化行程Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and recommend suitable tours and itineraries
• 銷售團體旅遊、旅遊套票及相關附加服務Sell group tours, custom travel packages, and add-on services
• 跟進來自網站查詢、旅遊展、門市及轉介的潛在客戶Follow up on inbound leads from website inquiries, travel shows, walk-ins, and referrals
• 準備準確的報價、行程建議及訂位文件Prepare accurate quotes, itineraries, and booking documentation
• 兼任隨團領隊：親自帶領約 45 人的旅遊團前往歐洲、亞洲、非洲及南美洲等地，每次需隨團出境 9 至 19 天Serve as an International Tour Guide: Personally lead groups of approximately 45 travelers on worldwide itineraries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America, requiring international travel for 9 to 19 days per trip
• 於旅遊期間提供卓越的地面服務、協調行程並確保旅客安全與滿意度Provide exceptional on-the-ground customer service, manage tour logistics, and ensure traveler safety and satisfaction during trips
• 將查詢轉化為實際訂單，並達成每月銷售目標Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets
• 於 CRM 系統中維護完整的客戶資料及跟進記錄Maintain detailed client records and follow-ups in the CRM system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
