Are you passionate about artisan baking and coffee, love connecting with people, and appreciate high-quality food and drink? Grains & Goods bakery is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Part-Time Coffee Barista and retail staff to join our family-run business.

We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, fun, and supportive work environment where you can grow with a meaningful brand. Candidates must be available Fridays 12pm - 3:30pm and Sundays 8am - 12pm plus occasional coverage on other days.

What You'll Do:

• Craft exceptional espresso-based beverages, coffee and teas.
• Master the art of dialing in and maintaining coffee quality using our premium organic, fairtrade, and locally roasted beans.
• Sell bread, baked goods and other food items
• light baking and prep duties like baking up cookies and other items.
• Maintain a sparkling clean, organized, and inviting retail space.
• Provide warm, engaging, and friendly service to every customer.
