JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales clerk needed to assist with customers, sales and retail operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing sales at Point of Sale in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Selling professional supplements, vitamins, homeopathic medicines, and herbal remedies
  • Facilitating and fostering relationships through meaningful customer engagement
  • Assisting customers in discovering relevant products to help with their needs
  • Stocking shelves with merchandise and ensuring displays are always presentable and tidy
  • Receiving incoming stock orders to ensure proper restocking of shelves
  • Responding to customer inquiries: in store, over the phone, and via email
  • Working together with retail staff and pharmacy staff in a collaborative, team environment centered on customer care

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a retail supplement store
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on personalized customer care
  • Demonstrated passion for health and wellness
  • Professional, self-motivated individual with a team player attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines
