Entry-Level | Full-Time | Vancouver, BC

$52,000 – $58,000 CAD annually ($25.00 – $27.88/hr)

Henderson Cole Consulting is a Vancouver-based consulting and administrative services firm providing professional support to private and public sector clients across British Columbia and Canada. We work on a range of engagements from operational reviews and policy research to administrative contract delivery, and we take pride in doing that work with precision and integrity. The Role

As a Junior Analyst, you’ll support our consulting and administrative teams across active contracts. This is a generalist entry-level role where you’ll rotate through different functions depending on project needs, giving you broad exposure early in your career.

Responsibilities

— Supporting project teams with research, data collection, and analysis

— Drafting correspondence, reports, briefing notes, and presentations

— Coordinating documentation and maintaining organized project files

— Assisting with contract administration and deliverable tracking

— Participating in internal and client-facing meetings as required

Qualifications

— Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

— Strong written and verbal communication skills

— Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

— Experience with Visio flowchart software considered an asset

— Familiarity with PDM systems, database integration, or records and document management considered an asset

— Fluency in English required

— High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

— Willingness to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance
