Warehouse/Inventory/Logistics Coordinator

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Unload, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
• Assist with stock replenishment and material movement.
• Investigate inventory variances and support corrective actions.

Logistics Coordination

• Schedule shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and couriers.
• Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and commercial invoices.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide status updates.
• Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities.
• Assist with customs and import/export documentation when required.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory transactions, and logistics activities.
• Generate reports on inventory, shipping performance, and warehouse operations.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments.
• Support procurement and supply chain teams with data entry and documentation.

Health & Safety

• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Report damaged goods, safety concerns, and operational issues.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment.
