Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to oversee and coordinate landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction. This role involves supervising a team of landscape professionals, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Landscape Supervisor will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing various landscaping tasks to uphold the company's standards of excellence.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise a team of landscape professionals to complete installation projects efficiently.
  • Manage irrigation systems, perform troubleshooting, and oversee repairs to ensure proper water distribution.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on horticultural practices.
  • Supervise construction activities related to landscape installation, including hardscaping and planting projects.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Monitor schedule progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain equipment inventory, oversee maintenance schedules, and ensure tools are used properly.

Requirements

  • Class 5 drivers license and own transportation.
  • Minimum 3 years landscape construction experience.
  • Experience operating skid steer and/or excavator.
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, and landscape construction techniques.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team efficiently.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and procedures relevant to landscaping and construction sites.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Relevant certifications or training in horticulture or landscape management are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 55 per week
