Crew Member - Part Time

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cashier duties with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to at all times
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
• Support team members in various restaurant functions as needed

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales
