Kitchen Manager

Pharmacii Restaurant & Bar is a Korean-Canadian restaurant located in downtown St. Catharines.

Our menu changes seasonally based on fresh ingredients and creative concepts, and we are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team.

• Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen

Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff

Ensure consistent food quality and presentation

Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health standards

Prepare and execute menu items according to the Chef's standards

Assist with menu development and seasonal changes

• Qualifications:

Previous kitchen management or leadership experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsible, reliable, and hardworking

Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

High standards for cleanliness, food quality, and consistency
