Job Responsibilities:

_ Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee and tea beverages._

_ Calibrate and maintain espresso machines and grinders to ensure optimal quality._

_ Maintain cleanliness by cleaning coffee machines, work areas, and regularly sanitizing the space._

_ Clear and bus tables as needed; assist with routine cleaning of washrooms._

_ Take customer orders, prepare food items, and restock display cases and refrigerators._

_ Demonstrate extensive menu and product knowledge, confidently sharing information with customers._

_ Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, delivering exceptional face-to-face service._

_ Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers._

_ Adhere to recipes and presentation standards for all food and beverages._

_ Assist customers with their purchase needs and answer inquiries._

_ Process customer transactions smoothly and efficiently._

_ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment._
