Thermal Transfer is a printing technology ideal for industrial and commercial applications and plays an important roll in product identification and traceability.

ARMOR-IIMAK Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join or team.

What will you do?

• Reviews and processes customer purchase orders and invoices
• Works with technical teams to determine solutions for customers
• Prepare quotations
• Acts as primary contact for customer communication
• Maintain digital and physical filings
• Works directly with the sales team on all issues involving customers and prospects.
• Assists in collection efforts as requested by the Financial Controller

What makes you a good fit?

• Education: Some Post Secondary education is preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Works well with other team members
• Good at multitasking and managing customer priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
• SAP experience is an asset
• Salesforce experience is an asset
• Work in an office environment but will be required to move through the warehouse/production area to communicate with the shipping team

WORK SCHEDULE: Full time Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
