Full job description

Part-time junior bookkeeper for Chinese media company

Hours are flexible. Rate based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with accounting software esp. Accpac Sage ERP300
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Able to speak fluent Chinese to assist our client

Responsibilities:

  • Assist accounting department
  • Entries in Accpac AP & AR
  • Matching and preparing slips and paperwork
  • Assist in managing accounts payable
  • Assist in managing accounts receivable
  • Perform AR enquiry calls and sending email to customer

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
